A fast‑growing, cutting‑edge startup is looking for a Team Lead to guide a development team and work on a brand‑new Python codebase with real impact on architecture and large‑scale AI infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Lead a development team while staying hands‑on
- Build and design large‑scale AI/ML infrastructure
- Work on open‑source projects
What you bring
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of team leadership
- Strong Python skills (including async & parallel programming)
- Experience with Pandas, PyArrow
- Advantage: Spark / Big Data frameworks
- Strong understanding of distributed systems; Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with ML/AI (training/serving) — big advantage
- Experience working with large codebases — plus
