Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth financial analysis to determine the value of assets, securities, or businesses.
o Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators.
o Evaluate risk factors and their impact on valuation.
2. Financial Modeling:
o Develop and maintain complex financial models.
o Utilize discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis methods.
o Interpret model outputs to provide insights on valuation.
o Utilize Option Pricing Model (OPM).
3. Market Research and Data Collection:
o Gather relevant data from various sources (public filings, industry reports, databases).
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
4. Valuation Reports and Presentations:
o Prepare valuation reports.
o Clearly communicate findings, assumptions, and methodologies.
o Present valuation results to investors, clients, or management.
Qualifications:
· Education:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
o CPA or Additional certifications are advantageous.
· Skills and Competencies- mandatory
o Three years minimum of previous experience.
o Proficiency in financial modeling software (Excel, Bloomberg, etc.).
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Knowledge of industry-specific valuation guidelines
o Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o BA in Economics, Accounting or Business Management.
o Languages - High verbal and writing abilities both in English and Hebrew.
o Analytical skills - ability to learn and understand complexed valuation models.
o High ability of learning both individually and in a group.
o Highly motivated and data driven.
