Legal Counsel – Public Tenders & Contracts

A leading medical center in the heart of Tel Aviv is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its legal department and work closely with the General Counsel.

This is a key role at the core of the organization’s activity, with direct involvement in public tenders, contracts, and large-scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal advisory in the fields of public tenders, contracts, and engagements

• Active participation in the Hospital’s Tenders Committee

• Drafting and reviewing tenders, contracts, agreements, and internal procedures

• Preparation of legal opinions and internal legal documents

• Preparation of legal materials for judicial proceedings

• Ongoing work with internal and external stakeholders

• Participation in institutional committees and professional meetings

• Support in legal training and guidance for hospital staff

• Handling insurance-related legal matters

• Responding to public inquiries

• Serving as the Sexual Harassment Prevention Officer

• Additional legal duties as required

Requirements:

•Israeli Bar license and membership

•LL.B. (LL.M. / MBA / relevant advanced degree – advantage)

•At least 4 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 3 years in public tenders within the public sector

•In-depth knowledge of the Mandatory Tenders Law, regulations, and Taka”m directives

•Proven experience in drafting contracts and agreements

•High-level professional English

•Strong interpersonal skills, high service orientation, and ability to work in a complex organizational environment
