Kolchinski Law Firm – a leading boutique firm in civil and commercial law, ranked among Israel’s top firms in litigation, real estate, and commercial practice – is seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our litigation and commercial department in Haifa.

Role Description

The position involves:

• Representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings

• Drafting and managing pleadings, contracts, and complex legal documents

• Advising business and private clients on commercial and civil matters

• Handling transactions and providing legal opinions

• Conducting legal research and maintaining client relationships

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing (Israel Bar)

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ proven experience in civil and commercial litigation

• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and courtroom skills

• Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a professional team

• Excellent Hebrew and English (Russian – strong advantage)
