IT Project Manager - HR Systems

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our IT department and lead the implementation of a new core HR platforms across the organization.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of system integrations between the core HR platform and multiple enterprise systems, including on-premises and SaaS applications.

The IT Project Manager will act as the primary technical liaison between the HRIS team, internal IT development teams, and external vendors, overseeing integration design, data mappings, APIs, middleware, security, and environment coordination.

The role ensures integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with architectural standards, data governance, and security requirements.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between HRIS, IT and external vendors/partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Orchestrate all integration processes between HR platforms and other systems, including both on-premises systems and SaaS applications
• Define scope and objectives, plan deliverables, manage risks, and track progress.
• Provide clear project governance and transparent status reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management with HR to ensure adoption and user satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation, issue logs, and dashboards to track decisions and next steps.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving forward.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with proven success in leading HR platform integration projects.
• B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s degree - advantage.
• Proven experience leading core HR platform integration projects.
• Understanding of core HR data models and processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), such as employee records, organizational structure, onboarding, compliance, and payroll integration.
• Strong understanding of API’s, Data export and Import using CSV, XLS, XML, JSON
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Ability to work closely with business owners and quickly gain an understanding of processes and applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Familiarity with code including HRML, CSS, Java Script & Java – an advantage.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or other project management tools - an advantage.
• Experience in global companies or complex environments - an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and change management practices - an advantage.
