Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ashdod for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will manage and maintain Salesforce operations, create and configure dashboards, create validation rules, and ensure consistent data accuracy. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to identify and solve business challenges, provide user support, and optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance efficiency and analytics. The administrator will also ensure that Salesforce data aligns with business goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, data management, and customization
• Ability to create and implement Validation Rules and Dashboards to ensure optimal data quality and business insights
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data patterns and optimize systems accordingly
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey technical solutions
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining business process automation within Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies is an advantage
