Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing team member to join Playnance’s core growth and brand efforts.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is smart, motivated, and eager to grow fast — not necessarily someone with years of experience.

You will work on real products, real users, and real growth initiatives, supporting Playnance and its gaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and executing marketing activities across digital channels

• Assisting with content, messaging, and brand visibility

• Supporting product updates and launches from a marketing perspective

• Working closely with product, content, and partnerships teams

• Helping drive growth and awareness across platforms

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and clear written English

• Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, content, performance basics)

• Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Telegram or similar)

• Basic knowledge of content marketing and brand messaging

• Understanding of marketing funnels (awareness, engagement, conversion)

• Ability to analyze basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

• High motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Sharp thinking, attention to detail, and strong execution skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Interest in technology, gaming, or Web3

Previous hands-on marketing experience is a plus, but not required —

solid knowledge, strong mindset, and the drive to grow matter more.
