Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical, hands-on FP&A & Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing gaming company operating in the US market.

This role reports directly to the CFO and combines financial planning, operational finance, data analysis, and daily financial oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain forecasts, scenario analyses, budgets, KPI dashboards, and monthly performance analyses
• Monitor bank balances and perform reconciliations between PSPs, bank accounts, billing systems, and internal platforms
• Analyze payment approval rates, risks, PSP fees, and payment performance.
• Develop automated tools and dashboards using advanced Excel and BI/ AI tools to support financial operations and business decisions.
• Support the CFO in operational finance tasks and continuous workflow improvement.
• Maintain internal controls, financial procedures, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• BA in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Payments, or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; Experience with BI / AI tools – must
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or online payments – a strong advantage
• Analytical, tech-savvy, and highly detail-oriented
• Passion for technology, process optimization, and scalable financial operations.
