Elbit C4I & Cyber is revolutionizing the defense industry with integrated systems combining software, hardware, sensors, networks, and communications.

We’re looking for a proactive Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of multidisciplinary solutions.

This role involves driving technical tasks across the product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with strategic goals—making a real impact on the future of defense technologies.

Key Responsibilities

System Design and Integration: Lead the design, development, and integration of complex systems involving software, hardware, sensors, and communication networks.

Requirement Definition: Define and refine system requirements, ensuring they address both technical specifications and user needs.

System Architecture and Testing: Develop and test system architectures and interfaces. Engage in system validation and performance evaluations to ensure functionality and reliability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of system components, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Documentation and Backlog Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage the product backlog. Ensure technical tasks align with overall project goals and deadlines.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. Mentor and assist in their professional development.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or advanced certifications are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in systems engineering with a solid understanding of integrating software, hardware, sensors, and communication systems.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ – an advantage. Experience with hardware design, sensor integration, and network protocols.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Work on complex and impactful projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
