We are recruiting a Full Stack Tech Lead for a financial institution located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead development tasks and large-scale technology projects while actively participating in hands-on development of responsive and accessible web systems.
-Develop front-end applications using Angular and back-end services using PHP
-Work on complex user interfaces and large-scale CMS systems
-Make architectural decisions in high-demand environments with large user bases and strict regulatory requirements
-Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across all projects
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in responsive web development
- Proven experience in developing web products for the general public
- Experience in technological leadership of development teams
- Willingness to be available and work during challenging hours
