This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Head of ORTB (Open Real-Time Bidding) and CTV (Connected TV). The individual in this role will oversee and lead the ORTB and CTV initiatives, design and execute strategies to optimize programmatic advertising, and drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities include managing ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. The Head of ORTB and CTV will also research emerging trends in digital advertising and implement solutions to maintain innovation and competitiveness.

• Proficiency in ORTB technologies and platforms, as well as expertise in CTV ecosystems and programmatic advertising strategies.
• Strong skills in campaign management, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Experience in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and digital trends, with a focus on driving results.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is a strong advantage.
