About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst to strengthen the company’s operational, management, and analysis capabilities - and play a key role in advancing cross-organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and operational processes and improve them through metrics and insights.
• Connect processes within the organization and provide an overarching view of business activity.
• Use BI tools for data analysis, identifying trends, and creating dashboards.
• Write specifications and define technological requirements, including optimization processes.
• Build budgets and plan complex organizational and operational processes.
• Oversee and support billing, collection, and operations systems.
• Manage departmental projects and work closely with development, sales, and CS teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from a leading academic institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Operations and Billing.
• Significant experience working with BI tools and data analysis. Experience with automation and AI is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to write specifications and plan complex processes.
• Experience building budgets and driving business projects.
• Experience working with tech teams and excellent communication skills across multiple departments.

• The position reports directly to the CEO.
• Hybrid role – the company's offices are in Tel Aviv.
