Role:
Robotics Software Engineer
Company & Location:
Macushla, fully onsite (Beit Yehoshua)
What We're Looking For:
- Very hands-on approach (you will get dirty often)
- 3+ years experience in a systems programming language (C++ especially) in a production in environment
- Experience working with production robotic systems
- Practical experience with control algorithms
- Intuitive knowledge in computer science (can you explain how a computer actually works?)
- Strong knowledge in state space estimation algorithms (can you explain UKF to a dummy?)
- Strong knowledge in networking and dataflow architectures (can you implement pub/sub without ROS?)
- Experience deploying SLAM algorithms on production robots
- Practical experience with a range of sensor technologies and signal processing algorithms
- Experience deploying AI models on the edge
- Strong knowledge in scripting languages like Python and Bash
- Fluency in Linux systems
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with low level embedded programming
- Experience in either electronic or mechanical engineering
Big plus:
- Experience with game development frameworks / technologies including Unity / Behavior Trees, etc.
- Experience with Android development
