Student Coordinator - Life Sciences & Academic Research School
We're seeking a Graduate Program Coordinator to manage hundreds of Master's and PhD students end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Onboarding: Manage open days, application reviews, document processing, and admission committee coordination.
Academic Support: Oversee research group placements, track rotations, progress reports, credit requirements, and thesis examinations.
Student Services: Handle deadline extensions, scholarships, sabbatical requests, group transfers, and early completions.
Program Management: Coordinate visiting student programs, special undergraduate programs, and military student initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with Faculty Teaching Committee and Student Dean's office on academic and welfare matters.
Requirements:
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree + 2+ years relevant experience
Native Hebrew & English
Excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, work under pressure
MS Office proficiency
Preferred:
Master's degree
Higher education experience
Interface management experience
