QA team manager

A well-established and successful global company in the IoT sector, developing smart meters for energy monitoring and power quality.

The role involves managing a QA team of 4 engineers and performing hands-on work, including defining test strategies for multidisciplinary products, combining manual and automated testing, developing tools and processes, and working closely with R&D and Operations teams.

Located in the Jerusalem area, working on-site from the offices.

Requirements-

• 10+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering, including significant experience in manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience managing QA teams (staff management, recruitment, training, and accountability for deliverables).
• Previous experience testing and validating multidisciplinary products.
• Practical knowledge of communication protocols – TCP/IP, Modbus
• Hands-on experience with Ethernet and Serial communication.
• Proven experience in writing test documentation.
• Experience working with quality management systems – Jira, TestRail, or similar.
