An innovative startup developing advanced cooling technologies for data centers, including Direct-on-Chip Cooling, with a focus on energy efficiency, environmental safety, and minimal water consumption.
Located in the south of Israel.
Role overview-
- Design and develop two-phase cold plates from concept through prototype and production.
- Research advanced cooling technologies and evaporator architectures.
- Prepare manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Work closely with the R&D team.
- Perform hands-on testing and prototype assembly.
- Share technical knowledge and collaborate within the team.
Qualifications
- BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong foundation in heat transfer and thermodynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in professional English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Specialized knowledge of SolidWorks
