Technical Lead

Role Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical leadership to a Full stack development team
• Own and lead a large-scale, web-based operational system with multiple integrations and high scalability requirements
• Develop and maintain systems based on open-source technologies (Java, Angular)
• Design and implement modern, REST-based architectures
• Develop cloud-native solutions on the AWS platform
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery and ongoing operation of mission-critical, sensitive enterprise systems serving a large and dynamic user base
• Ensure system stability through continuous monitoring, issue detection, and the design of long-term, robust solutions
• Implement modern development methodologies, including unit testing, and take responsibility for high-quality, high-performance code
• Maintain a strong hands-on role (approximately 50%), including code reviews and debugging
• Establish and lead high-quality Agile team routines and best practices

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in web-based system development
• Hands-on development experience with Angular 17
• Proven experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and adoption of new technologies, with the ability to integrate them effectively into the organization
