About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to become Roeto’s first dedicated quality owner.

The role involves testing a modern React/Node.js system, validating multiple external integrations and building structured QA processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test plans for a MERN web platform

• Test features, flows, backend logic, and external API integrations

• Build and maintain test documentation (test cases, scenarios, checklists)

• Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and verify fixes

• Validate cross-browser and responsive behavior

• Define QA workflows, tools, and reporting for the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field/ equivalent practical experience- required.

• 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing - required.

• Experience testing modern web applications- required.

• Familiarity with API testing (Postman/Insomnia)- required.

• Experience writing structured, reusable test cases

Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and methodical approach

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic test automation experience

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of MongoDB or basic query skills

• Experience with SaaS, CRM, or fintech products
