We are looking for a driven, curious, and sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience in a recruitment agency — someone who knows how to own the process end-to-end, move fast, and bring real results.

About the Role

As part of our growing recruitment team, you will lead full recruitment cycles across diverse technological positions, work closely with hiring managers, and shape the candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.

What You Will Do

• Manage E2E recruitment processes for tech roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and offer stage
• Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, social networks, and creative sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role definitions, challenges, and success criteria
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience with fast, accurate communication
• Work with ATS/CRM systems, reports, and ongoing process optimization

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency / placement company – mandatory
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proven experience with technical positions
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Hunger to succeed, high energy, and a genuine passion for people
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English
