We are looking for an Identity & Access Management Consultant with strong Okta and Auth0 expertise to join our expanding regional Identity practice.

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with partial remote work and involvement in regional projects across EMEA.

You will take part in designing and delivering advanced identity solutions covering workforce identity, customer identity, governance, privileged access, and emerging AI-driven use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management solutions based on Okta and Auth0

• Lead hands-on deployments including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, B2C and B2B identity flows, and advanced integrations.

• Design and implement Identity Governance concepts such as access reviews, lifecycle controls, least privilege, and JIT.

• Understand and apply Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles within modern cloud and identity architectures.

• Design identity controls for non-human identities and AI agents, including API access, token management, and least-privilege enforcement.

• Implement cloud-native and Zero Trust identity architectures.

• Integrate applications using SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, APIs, and modern authentication standards.

• Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and access issues.

• Work directly with customers to understand security, compliance, and business requirements

• Participate in architecture design sessions and identity strategy discussions.

• Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams, sales, and technology vendors.

• Support presales activities when required (technical workshops, solution design, demos)

Qualifications

3 years of hands-on, production-level experience with Okta and or Auth0 – mandatory.• Proven

real-world experience with Okta and or Auth0 modules in enterprise and customer identity environments• Relevan
