About the Role

Roeto is transforming from a traditional CRM into an intelligent operating system for financial professionals. We’re building the next generation of tools that connect data, people, and insights- and design is at the heart of this transformation.

As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you’ll lead design for a complex web-based platform used by thousands of financial advisors and 800K Israelis . This is a hands-on role with full ownership — from research and ideation to pixel-perfect delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for complex web applications — from user research and UX architecture to UI design and implementation handoff.
• Lead the design of CRM/OS modules, dashboards, and workflows used by financial professionals daily.
• Conduct user interviews, map journeys, and translate insights into intuitive flows and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to create experiences that are not only beautiful but highly functional.
• Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Integrate AI-driven design thinking into user experience automation, personalization, and insight-based interfaces.
• Present design concepts clearly through storytelling, prototyping, and rationale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer for complex web applications (SaaS, CRM, or internal enterprise systems).
• Proven end-to-end product design expertise — from discovery to delivery.
• Strong UX research skills: interviews, journey mapping, usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems frameworks.
• Experience collaborating directly with developers and understanding front-end constraints.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, process, and impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating or managing a Design System in a growing organization.
• Understanding of AI-integrated UX (automation workflows, personalization, data-driven insights).
• Experience in product-led B2B SaaS companies.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
