System AdministratorWe are looking for a skilled System Administrator to design, implement, and maintain virtualized IT environments based on Microsoft and VMware technologies. The role includes responsibility for Active Directory, virtualization infrastructure, security policies, and automation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven experience installing VMware ESXi from scratch (Bare Metal installation)
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Domain Controllers (DC) from scratch
• Strong understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) structure, configuration, and best practices
• Ability to design and diagram virtual infrastructure architectures, including servers, storage, and networking components
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts, including scripts for creating users in Active Directory
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Advantages (Nice to Have):

• Experience in Enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of backup solutions, security systems, and monitoring tools
• Experience with Azure or Hybrid Cloud environments
