UNIT ( www.unitai.co ) is building a revolutionary Physical AI product: a global fleet of intelligent robots redefining logistics. This role requires architecting and implementing a low-latency, resilient backend to manage thousands of physical machines in a complex, live environment. The Role: Technical Leadership & Hands-On Implementation

This is a principal-level, hands-on technical leadership role, defining and building the system architecture that scales UNIT globally. High-impact coding is a must to ensure stable, optimized systems.

You Will Own:

·      Direct Implementation: Write high-performance production code and build key prototypes.

·      Low-Latency Control: Design real-time systems for massive robotic fleet coordination.

·      Massive Data Infrastructure: Architect high-volume data pipelines and scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) for continuous telemetry.

Your Technical Arsenal (Minimum 5 Years Required)

We seek an extraordinary systems thinker with a proven track record in high-performance, low-latency backend development (IoT, gaming, finance).

Core Requirements:

·      Primary Language: Proven expertise in C# .NET Core or Python for high-performance systems. (JAVA is a plus.)

·      Systems Mastery: History of developing and troubleshooting complex, multidisciplinary systems (software interacting with hardware) in production.

·      Data Architecture: Strong experience with high-volume data, SQL, and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis).

·      AI-Enhanced Development: Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.

·      Innovative Mindset: Capacity for "out-of-the-box" technical solutions for Physical AI challenges.

Bonus Points: Experience with robotics, AI/ML deployment, motion control systems, Linux, and modern AI workflows (LLMs, prompt engineering).
