Head of Data

We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic leader to own and elevate our company-wide data strategy- building the foundations, capabilities, and methodologies that turn raw data into clear business value at scale.

As Head of Data, you will shape how data is collected, structured, analyzed, and leveraged across the organization. You’ll lead a high-performance data group responsible for analytics, experimentation, data products, and (where relevant) applied machine learning - ensuring every business unit can make smarter, faster, and more accurate decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the company’s end-to-end data strategy - analytics, modeling, measurement, and data products.
• Build strong data foundations, including pipelines, standards, and scalable experimentation frameworks.
• Grow, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary data team , fostering excellence, curiosity, and ownership.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
• Partner with executives to identify and prioritize high-value data opportunities.
• Oversee AI/ML initiatives where relevant, ensuring scalable, reliable, and ethical implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning (Marketing or eCommerce preferred).
• Proven success leading high-performing data teams and developing managers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver data products, insights, and models that drive business results.
• Strong expertise in analytics, statistical modeling, data architecture, and experimentation.
• Experience with ML/AI is an advantage — but grounded in practical, business-oriented application.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commitment to data integrity, governance, and responsible analytics practices.
