Video Editor

We are hiring a Video Editor to produce high-impact video content primarily for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This role is strongly focused on social media performance, fast execution, and AI-assisted video production. The Video Editor will combine traditional editing skills with AI-generated video workflows to create scalable, engaging, platform-optimized content.

We operate in the strategic communications field, producing content built around incentive-based storytelling, and narratives designed to aengage with target audiences rather than simple awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for:
• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels & Stories)
• YouTube (Shorts and standard formats)
• Produce videos using AI-generated assets (avatars, voiceovers, visuals, B-roll)
• Integrate AI-generated content seamlessly with real footage
• Optimize videos for retention, pacing, hooks, and engagement
• Add subtitles, text overlays, sound effects, transitions, and motion elements
• Repurpose content across formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Maintain high production velocity and rapid turnaround
• Implement feedback quickly and iterate efficiently
• Organize project files and maintain clean internal workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with AI-generated video tools (e.g. avatars, text-to-video, AI voice, generative B-roll)
• Solid understanding of social media video formats and algorithms
• Experience producing high-volume content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Ability to work with mixed sources: AI-generated assets, mobile footage, studio recording
• Sensitivity to analytics and content performance signals
