Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the SIEM/SOC framework.
- Drive cyber monitoring activities and incident response processes.
- Define and implement incident handling procedures.
- Establish measurement criteria and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Identify and monitor relevant cyber threats and assess their impact on the organization.
- Design and define automation solutions to mitigate cyber risks.
- Perform and develop ongoing security controls.
- Generate actionable insights from defense, monitoring, and control systems; create tailored dashboards.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with monitoring platforms and rule creation.
- At least 2 years of experience operating cyber defense systems.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructures (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, communication protocols, GPO, AD, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience in writing technical documentation (HLD/LLD).
- Deep familiarity with security solutions (DLP, WAF, IDM, VA).
- Previous work experience in a medium-to-large organization.
Advantages:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications.
