Senior System Engineer

We are looking for an experienced System Engineering Leader to join a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of power systems, large-scale IoT, and big data.

This role is ideal for a hands-on system engineer with strong technical leadership capabilities and a broad system-level vision.

You will play a key role in defining high-level system requirements for both software and hardware teams, translating customer and market needs into robust, scalable system architectures — from early development stages through product release and customer deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define qualification requirements for system and product features
• Write comprehensive system specifications (SRS, HLDD, LLDD, etc.)
• Define compliance requirements (environmental, safety, radio, EMI/RFI)
• Plan, accompany, and supervise compliance certification tests at certified laboratories
• Lead system design reviews (PDR, CDR)
• Lead and supervise system pilot installations
• Support and accompany system deployments in the field
• Work with multidisciplinary hardware and software systems
• Design and manage large-scale IoT systems

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering — mandatory

At least 5 years of experience in system engineering combining hardware, embedded software, and algorithms

Proven experience in architecture and development of power systems, electronics, and software

Strong understanding of electrical interfaces and communication protocols (advantage)

Ability to write detailed requirements and manage processes independently

Proven leadership skills with strong system-level thinking

Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of leading meetings and discussions

Hands-on approach when required

High level of English (written and spoken)

Strong interpersonal skills
