Firon Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Capital Markets Associate to join our leading Capital Markets practice, with a focus on investments, institutional clients, and financial service providers. This is an opportunity to work on major regulatory and transactional matters in the Israeli market, alongside top-tier partners, and key market players.

Role Description:

An exciting opportunity to join a leading capital markets practice, working closely with major investment houses and non-bank financial institutions.

The role includes ongoing legal advisory on regulatory and financial matters, representation of boards and committees, involvement in payment services, digital wallets and crypto, and regular interaction with regulators, government ministries, and Knesset committees.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, or Commercial practice – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in a leading law firm – an advantage.
