MLOps Engineer

A research-focused medical startup, operating as part of the innovation unit of one of Israel’s leading health maintenance organizations.

The company implements and operates AI solutions, developing and running GenAI models on advanced on-premises infrastructure and a private OpenShift-based cloud, with a planned future migration to a public cloud.

The role includes designing and optimizing machine learning pipelines and leading the migration to an OpenShift architecture while integrating AI models.

Located in central Israel (near the train line) with hybrid work options.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as an MLOps or DevOps engineer.
• Proficiency with tools such as Docker, Jenkins, MLFlow, Kubernetes, and MSSQL.
• Experience working with NVIDIA GPUs.
• Strong understanding of Big Data solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines – ArgoCD and Azure DevOps preferred.
• Experience building or maintaining cloud infrastructure (OpenShift – significant advantage).

Requirements:

• 4-7 years in MLOps/DevOps with experience in on-premises ML deployments.
• Proficiency in Docker, Jenkins, MLFlow, Kubernetes, and MSSQL.
• Familiarity with GPU computing (NVIDIA preferred) and Cloudera or similar big data tools.
• Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with private cloud infrastructure.
