Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a service-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our team and lead client-facing projects in the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) space. In this role, you will coordinate and manage ongoing service projects for clients across the DeFi ecosystem, ensuring smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing support in collaboration with internal teams.

You will also play a key role in shaping and implementing project processes and best practices.

Relevant skills

Requirements:

• B.Sc. (Industrial or other Engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or account management – preferably in fintech, DeFi or other tech co.
• Familiarity / ability and willingness to learn the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain basics, and common platforms/protocols.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong client-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client projects and service engagements from kickoff to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Support client onboarding and help translate client needs into internal tasks.
• Collect client feedback and lead post-project reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues early, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation and project updates in relevant tools.
• Define, implement, and improve project management processes, tools, and working methods.
