Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Controller with 3 years of experience in a Big 5 accounting firm and strong knowledge of IFRS to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Lead the financial closing process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee general ledger activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Work closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• CPA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent) – required
• 3 years of experience in a Big 5 accounting firm
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a global or publicly traded company
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
