Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-moving, high-impact team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting: Lead roles from intake to offer (and everything in between) across technical and business functions.
• Partner with hiring teams: Run sharp kickoffs, align on profiles, and act as a trusted hiring partner throughout the process.
• Source like a pro: Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and creative outreach.
• Drive a great candidate experience: Keep communication tight, transparent, and human — from first message to closing.
• Use data to improve: Track funnel metrics, spot bottlenecks, and constantly refine your recruiting strategy.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a strong product/startup environment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and modern sourcing methods.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with a structured, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — you know how to influence and move processes forward.
• High standards: you care about hiring the right people, not just filling seats.
