The Role

We are looking for a SEO, AI Search & Traffic Growth expert (SEO / GEO) with a strong track record in driving organic traffic, AI-driven visibility, and inbound leads, ideally within the iGaming, fintech, or software sectors.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will be responsible for how our brands are discovered, positioned, and converted - across Google search, AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, generative search engines, AI answers), and emerging traffic channels.

You will own and execute the organic and AI search strategy across multiple websites, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, link-building, AI optimization (GEO), and conversion rate improvement.

You will work closely with our WordPress developers, content teams, and management to implement changes efficiently and ensure all websites follow best practices for SEO, AI visibility, traffic quality, and conversions.

Solid hands-on WordPress experience is a must.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and AI search optimization (GEO) strategy across all company websites
2. Optimize websites and content for traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, generative search, AI answers)
3. Own and grow organic traffic, inbound leads, and conversion rates as core KPIs
4. Lead technical SEO efforts including site structure, speed, indexing, crawlability, and schema
5. Optimize on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata, and content performance
6. Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to increase authority and visibility
7. Work closely with WordPress developers to implement SEO and AI-related changes efficiently
8. Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, funnels, CTAs, and user journeys
9. Support and manage website branding and rebranding projects, ensuring SEO and performance are maintained or improved
10. Monitor, analyze, and report performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI visibility tools
11. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and continuously optimize traffic quality and lead generation
12. At a later stage, oversee PPC campaigns managed by third-party providers, ensuring alignment with organic and AI search strategies

Requirments

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B, iGaming, fintech, SaaS preferred)
• Strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Proven experience optimizing for traffic growth, conversions, and lead generation
• Solid WordPress experience (must)
• Understanding of AI search, generative engines, and GEO concepts
• Experience working with analytics and SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Ability to manage and coordinate with developers, content teams, and third parties
• Strong analytical mindset with a performance-first approach
