About the Company

Runless is building an AI autonomous trading platform designed to make high-end, institutional-grade AI trading accessible to everyone.

We’re assembling a small surgical team, including an experienced CEO leading the vision and a VP R&D who has already built a functioning prototype. The roadmap is clear: prototype → product → launch. Now we’re looking for the final core founder to own the system's trading brain.

The Role

We’re seeking a Co-Founder & Head of Trading to architect the logic, structure, and strategic thinking for the prompt layer that drives the AI’s trading behavior. This isn’t just “prompting.” This is designing the decision framework that will guide an autonomous trader operating in live markets.

You’ll be the one shaping how the AI interprets data, reasons about market conditions, manages risk, and executes trades with discipline and edge.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and refine the full trading-logic prompt stack that powers the AI
• Convert market structure, technical signals, macro logic, and risk frameworks into a cohesive AI-driven trading strategy
• Collaborate closely with engineering to integrate your logic with data feeds, execution systems, and product layers
• Continuously test, optimize, and evolve the AI’s trading behavior
• Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and VP R&D to build the product and define the long-term direction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong trading experience — discretionary, systematic, or quant
• Ability to design clear, structured, rule-based decision frameworks
• Technical mindset and comfort working with AI-driven systems
• Someone who can distill trading wisdom into logic an LLM can act on
• Zero-ego operator comfortable in an elite, fast-moving, founder-only environment
• Ambition to help build something category-defining at the intersection of AI and finance
