Job Description:

• Managing tasks and leading analysis, specification, and implementation processes of CRM applications within the organization.
• Working as a System Analyst on complex projects in an Enterprise environment.
• Analyzing complex business processes, formulating system solutions, and supporting their end-to-end implementation.
• Implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including working with business and technological stakeholders.
• Professional responsibility for a team of system analysts – mentoring, professional oversight, and ongoing consulting.
• Implementing methodologies, work methods, and organizational procedures in the field of systems analysis.
• Ongoing work with internal and external interfaces and leading cross-organizational processes.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis in complex technological projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, including managing and leading a team of system analysts.
• Proven experience in analysis, specification, and implementation of CRM systems in Enterprise organizations.
• Experience in building cross-organizational methodologies for systems analysis and specification and implementing them within the organization.
• In-depth familiarity and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – significant advantage.
