An innovative startup in the Security Operations space, developing a platform for DevSecOps teams through an AI-powered interface.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, employs several dozen people half of them in development and offers a hybrid work model with one work-from-home day.

The company has raised tens of millions of dollars, with a valuation of several hundred million.

Role overview-

Opportunity to join a small, high-performing AI team leading one of the product’s most critical components.
Work on features where every component involves AI, at the intersection of research and development, delivering end-to-end solutions from model definition to code and production pipeline deployment.
Build systems based on LLMs and AI Agents, processing unstructured textual data such as logs, alerts, and threat intelligence.
Develop and deploy large-scale ML/NLP infrastructure, including designing production-scale architectural solutions.
Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and analysts in the cybersecurity domain.
Work with technologies and skills including AI, ML, LLMs, AI Agents, NLP, MCP, text classification, ranking, Python, AWS, unstructured data processing, threat detection, log analysis, security operations, fine-tuning, production-scale ML, and GenAI.
Role suited for AI engineers seeking to be part of the product core and have direct impact.

Requirements-

4 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI, developing production-scale systems.
Experience with LLMs and AI Agents.
Proficiency in Python development.
Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments.
