Director, Workplace Services (Israel)

We are looking for a Director of Workplace Services to join our Global Operations leadership team.

This leader will define and execute our workplace and services strategy for our Israel sites, ensuring our offices foster productivity, safety, and engagement. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset — someone who treats employees as their internal customers and is passionate about delivering outstanding workplace experiences.

In this role, you will oversee all operational services in Israel, including employee services, facilities, and security, while contributing to our global strategy. You will bring a data-driven, employee-centric approach, continuously improving operations through insights and feedback.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Employee Experience, Employee Services, Facilities management, and Security teams in Israel.
• Develop and execute the workplace strategy for Israel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality operational services, including facilities maintenance, renovations, cleaning, and space management.
• Oversee security services, implementing safety protocols and business continuity measures.
• Use employee feedback, insights, and workplace analytics to design and deliver initiatives that enhance engagement, well-being, and culture.
• Serve as the main escalation point for all workplace and operational matters in Israel.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience (~15 years) in workplace operations, facilities, or services management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in employee services, facilities, and security operations, preferably in multinational or technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in budget management, vendor negotiations, and service delivery optimization.
• A problem solver with strong execution skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
