AI Engineer

Startup company developing an AI platform for building intelligent work tools. The company enables the creation of tools for managing organizational workflows, combining two complex domains: app development and AI agents with advanced logic.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, offering a hybrid work model with one day remote per week.

Role overview-

First-of-its-kind position in the company, reporting directly to the CTO.

Build new features from scratch on the AI platform and take ownership of AI products.

Drive AI product development across the company, tackling significant challenges and impact.

Develop full AI infrastructure, from architecture design to production.

Manage AI agents with complex orchestration.

Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models, including prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and fine-tuning as needed.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Must have experience with LLMs and Machine Learning.
• Experience in SaaS or web-based companies is required.
• Proven experience building production AI applications (i.e., worked on real AI products).
• Cloud experience is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or AWS Lambda is a plus.
