IT & Communication Integrator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT & Communication Integrator to lead and manage end-to-end activities across the entire project lifecycle in multidisciplinary IT networks.

In this role, you will work with environments ranging from small-scale computer networks to large and complex project infrastructures. You will implement, operate, and support infrastructure systems (System), communication and cyber systems, while ensuring that all project requirements are properly implemented and maintained.

You will be responsible for the availability and stability of project computing environments, from the communication network layer to end-user support, including preventive and corrective maintenance routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT activities across the full project lifecycle in multidisciplinary computing environments.
• Design, implement, operate, and support IT networks of various scales, from small networks to complex enterprise-level environments.
• Implement, operate, and support infrastructure (System), communication, and cyber systems in project networks.
• Perform control and monitoring processes to ensure proper implementation of technical and security requirements.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of project computing environments.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance from the network layer (switches, routers, firewalls) to end-user support.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain core network services such as Active Directory, GPO, and data center services.
• Build, upgrade, and maintain virtualization environments based on VMware.
• Implement and maintain storage solutions (e.g., NetApp).
• Work with networking and security devices: switches, routers, firewalls, communication components, server hardware, and cyber defense systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and operating large-scale IT networks in Enterprise or SME environments – must.
• Full command of IT infrastructure and integration of combined computing systems in complex environments – must.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and Windows Servers – must.
• Experience in installation, upgrade, and maintenance of core network services:
• Active Directory, GPO, Data Center services – must.
• Proven experience in building, upgrading, and maintaining VMware-based virtualization environments – must.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining storage solutions (e.g., NetApp) – must.
• Proven and deep knowledge in data communications, working with Cisco/Juniper products at CCNA level – must.
• Experience with communication systems including:
• Switches, routers, firewalls, communication components, server hardware, and cyber defense systems – must.
• International certifications MCSE and CCNA – must.

Advantages

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with cyber security tools and systems such as:
• FW, EDR, DLP, AV, WAF, NAC, monitoring systems, data sanitization systems, SIEM platforms – advantage.
• Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python or similar) – strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of the OSI 7-layer model – strong advantage.
• B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science – advantage.
