Technical Co-Founder (CTO) – Equity Only
We are an early-stage startup working on a B2B AI-driven product in a regulated domain.
I am the founder, coming from a strong domain/medical background, and I’m looking for one technical co-founder to build the core product together from MVP to early traction.
This is an equity-only co-founder role (unpaid) at the current stage.
What you’ll do
- Co-own technical decisions and architecture
- Build the MVP (backend + basic frontend)
- Work hands-on with modern AI tools and frameworks
- Shape the product from zero → first users
- Grow into full CTO leadership as the company scales
What I’m looking for
- Strong practical experience in backend development (Python preferred)
- Comfortable building MVPs fast (not perfection-first)
- Experience or interest in AI / LLM-based systems
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, learning
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud, APIs, or data pipelines
- Previous startup or side-project experience
