Frontend Team Leader

A profitable cybersecurity startup, now considered a unicorn, providing large organizations worldwide with risk identification and management solutions based on biometric authentication.

These solutions allow organizations to design the user experience during login processes and eliminate the use of passwords entirely.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near a train line, operates a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days, and currently employs several dozen people.

The company’s solutions cover all stages of authentication, from login processes to smart authorization for both clients and employees.

The role-

• Manage a development team consisting of one Frontend developer in Israel and three Full Stack developers in Poland.
• Approximately 50% hands-on, reporting directly to the team lead.
• Work on an application that centralizes all the company’s product capabilities.
• Manage systems used by both internal and external customers.
• Develop using React, with some Node.js and Postgres.

Requirements-

2 years of managerial experience.

5 years of Frontend development experience.

Proficiency in React development.

Experience in development with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
