Marketing Communications Specialist (marcom)

If you possess strategic vision and high execution capabilities, we are looking for you to fully manage all Marcom activities- from strategy to granular execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the company's overall marketing strategy (SaaS, Automation, AI):

• Full Digital Management: End-to-end ownership of all digital assets (website, landing pages, blog), including proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
• Strategy & Campaigns: Manage sophisticated marketing initiatives integrating content, digital, video, and AI tools.
• Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to launch targeted campaigns.
• Budget & Performance: Analyze data, generate business insights, and manage budget while measuring ROI/KPIs.
• Events & Presence: Lead trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events (Concept-to-Execution).
• Content Production: Create presentations, corporate videos, newsletters, brochures, and Case Studies.
• Vendor Management: Oversee external providers for SEO, PPC, media, and design.

Most Have Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar Marcom. Preferable role within a SaaS / Technology / Telecom company.
• Digital Proficiency: Proven experience managing digital campaigns, SEO, and PPC.
• Web Master: Full proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
• Analytics: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
• Leadership: Creative thinking, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to work independently across multiple interfaces.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience in producing marketing video content and managing events/Webinars.
• Knowledge of marketing AI tools.
• Experience with email and marketing automation systems (HubSpot / ActiveCampaign).
