The Role

We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel user acquisition campaigns, focusing on performance-driven growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and additional paid platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive conversions, scale campaigns, and enhance overall marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels

Manage budgets, pacing, and optimization to achieve CPA, ROAS, and growth targets

Build testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative testing, funnel experiments)

Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and growth opportunities

Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams for full-funnel optimization

Stay updated on platform trends, best practices, and new acquisition tools

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions

Proven experience scaling paid campaigns and achieving performance KPIs

Strong communication and project management skills

Experience with CRO, analytics platforms, or programmatic ads is a plus
