About the Role

We're looking for a top-tier PPC specialist who knows how to manage large-scale campaigns and drive measurable performance. You live inside data, understand how to scale profitably, and can operate expertly across both Google Ads and Amazon Ads.

This is not a basic PPC role. This is a key position building the next-generation performance engine inside a fast-growing e-commerce organization.

You'll manage millions in ad spend across brands, channels, and markets. You'll also work closely with our tech and analytics teams to build automation, decision systems, and scalable workflows.

This role is for someone who wants to help create the machine - not just run campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize high-budget Google/Amazon Ads campaigns with full performance accountability
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for ROAS, TACOS, and profitability targets
• Develop processes and automations in collaboration with our tech team
• Design, test, and scale new campaign structures - repetitive 
• Uncover trends, opportunities, and performance gaps through deep data analysis - repetitive
• Partner with analysts, brand managers, and leadership to refine strategy
• Support the creation of performance dashboards, insights, and technical tools
• Continuously experiment and drive performance to new levels

What You Bring

• Proven Google PPC expertise with demonstrable results
• Experience managing six-figure+ monthly ad budgets
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex data sets
• Technical fluency - able to collaborate with analysts and work with SQL-based reports and structured data
• Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion funnels, and cross-channel behavior
• Amazon PPC experience (strong advantage)
• Ability to build scalable systems, processes, and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Ownership mentality with speed and ambition to match
