This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laptop Specialist located in Acre. The role involves providing technical support and maintenance for laptops, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing updates and repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of devices. The Laptop Specialist will also be responsible for installing and configuring operating systems, providing user training, and maintaining inventory records of devices and accessories.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
• Expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems
• Attention to detail for device maintenance and repairs
• Good organizational skills for managing inventory records
• Strong communication and customer service skills to provide effective user support and training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site work environment
• Relevant certifications in IT, Hardware Maintenance, or related field are a plus
