Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Budget Controller, located in the Center District, Israel. The Budget Controller will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, preparing financial reports, analyzing cost variance, and ensuring strict adherence to financial plans. The role involves close collaboration with project management teams to develop accurate forecasts, report on financial progress, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize costs and improve efficiency within the construction and engineering processes.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
• Understanding of the construction or engineering industry finance processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in similar roles, preferably within the construction or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry
