Program Manager - Educational Partnerships (Municipal & Public Education)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale our educational activity with municipalities, public education systems, schools, and youth programs.

This role combines educational leadership, strategic program development, and cross-sector collaboration, with direct responsibility for designing, managing, and expanding impactful educational initiatives.

• Lead end-to-end management of educational programs in collaboration with municipal education departments, schools, and youth frameworks
• Work closely with municipal education authorities, the Ministry of Education, and public institutions
• Manage GEFEN (גפ״ן) programs, public tenders, and procurement processes
• Identify educational trends and translate them into innovative, relevant programs
• Design and develop educational programs for schools and youth populations
• Integrate learning technologies, hybrid learning models, and digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams, educators, external partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor program performance, impact, and continuous improvement
• Support strategic growth and long-term partnerships in the public education sector

• Proven experience managing educational programs within public education systems
• Hands-on experience working with municipalities, education departments, and the Ministry of Education
• Strong understanding of GEFEN programs, public tenders, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends and build innovative educational programs
• Experience with learning technologies, digital tools, and hybrid learning models
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Previous experience writing and developing educational programs approved by the Ministry of Education
• Experience working with multiple schools and diverse student populations
• Academic degree(s) in Education, Educational Technology, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields
