This is a full-time on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Backend Tech Lead. The Backend Tech Lead will oversee the design, development, and optimization of backend systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. The role includes leading a team of developers, defining architecture, reviewing code, and implementing best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting backend issues, and ensuring robust technological solutions will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Expertise in Backend Development, including experience with server-side programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture and System Design principles.
• Proficiency with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience in database management.
• Leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring development teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with DevOps practices are advantageous.
