Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help transform how primary care operates. In this role, you’ll lead a product within Navina’s Population Health group, building a platform that empowers care managers to track and manage the effectiveness of medical treatments, gain actionable insights into their workflows, and optimize performance. You’ll work closely with medical experts, data scientists, and engineers to translate customer needs into scalable, accurate, and impactful product features that drive real results across healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our customers and different external and internal stakeholders to identify and solve their pain points and identify new ones.
• Lead the cross-functional team to accomplish company vision and KPIs.
• Make tough tactical prioritization decisions daily while building the roadmap.
• Work closely with all departments (Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing) to measure, improve, and drive product-market fit.
• Become an expert on the domain, the market, competitors, and trends.
• Identify and translate users’ needs into prioritized product specifications.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver simple and engaging user experiences.
  
  

• 4+ years of product management in SAAS B2B company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, multi-tasker.
• Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions and analyze data.
• Deep UX understanding and the ability to translate user pains into intuitive, streamlined workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills.
• Strong technical understanding.
  
  

• Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
• Experience with digital health products or background in the healthcare field.
