🎯 The Mission: Scaling a High-ROI Franchise Network

FixxPoint is launching a standardized, high-ROI franchise network in the multi-billion dollar DIY and home improvement sector. 

Our model is driven by our proprietary AI/AR platform Fix-it Visual Studio and high-margin Private Label (PL) products, designed for a guaranteed quick return on investment for franchisees.

We are seeking a results-driven CDMO to build and lead our expansion engine, focusing on our initial target markets in Europe and Israel.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

 * Franchise Development Strategy: Build the entire B2B sales and marketing infrastructure for rapid franchise acquisition, targeting 5 initial European markets and Israel.

 * ROI Conversion & Sales: Develop compelling sales materials, financial models, and the marketing narrative centered around the proven high ROI we guarantee to potential partners.

 * Marketing & Brand Strategy: Oversee the global marketing and communication strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and driving foot traffic to our POC stores.

 * Operational Sales Execution: Design and implement all tactical sales campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational support packages necessary for accelerating franchisee sign-up.

 * Financial Leverage: Manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions to leverage pre-approved credit lines, making franchise acquisition easier and faster for our partners.

Essential Experience:

 * European Expansion (Mandatory): Minimum 7+ years of senior experience (VP/Director level) specifically in developing, selling, and scaling franchise models or rapid multi-unit retail expansion across multiple European territories.

 * Financial Acumen: Proven ability to understand and articulate complex Unit Economics and ROI models to potential investors and franchisees.

 * B2B Sales Leadership: Strong track record in building and managing high-performing B2B sales teams, ideally using both in-house and outsourced models.

 * Retail/Tech Sector: Experience in the DIY, home improvement, or PropTech sectors is highly advantageous.
